Melia Vinpearl Thanh Hoa

Thank you manager Mike (Thanh)! We are a family of four (two babies under 2). We booked a premium corner room that was located on the 27th floor. There was a fire alarm (False alarm) and we had to exit the building using the fire escape stairways. As we did not know it was a false alarm I had to carry 2 babies down 27 flights of stairs (it was exhausting and worrying). As you can imagine I was very upset. The manager (Mike) was wonderful, he arranged an upgrade to a V.I.P Suite including Lounge access. This was amazing. The room was about 92m2, and was very beautiful. My family and I were over the moon with Mike's resolution to our problem. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the staff, the location, the rooms, the food, the swimming pool. I have stayed here with my family 4 times now and will be returning in the near future with some other family from the UK. I never consider any other hotel when I visit this city as no where else can compare. As a side note, when I stayed there in the summer previously the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the beach, this is something we will be trying on our next visit.

I recently stayed at Melia Vinpearl and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The view of the city from my room was absolutely breathtaking.The pool was spacious and clean while the gym was well-equipped and perfect for a good workout. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The skybar was a highlight—great ambiance, refreshing drinks, and a perfect spot to unwind. The rooms and overall hotel were impeccably clean and modern, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. To top it all off, a high-end mall is conveniently located just around the corner, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Truly a flawless experience!

As with other Meliá hotels, the quality of the staff's service is noteworthy and meets expectations. It is very reassuring to know that at every Meliá hotel, there is a competent team truly there to assist you during your trip. The room is very spacious, modern, beautifully decorated, and has a large desk, perfect for remote work. The pool, gym, and spa are very clean and fully equipped.

Amazing hotel in everyway - best service so far in my 3 weeks of travelling Vietnam. My first contact was with the concierge a young man who went out of his was to help me from the moment I arrived until a left the following day. All staff were helpful and genuinely charming. The facilities from spa to restaurants cannot be faulted. My room was large, clean with a fantastic city view. Many nice shops and restaurants within walking distance
